AI balance terms
- Added balance can only be used for AI website generation, editing, and other metered AI features provided by Cloubie.
- Any AI allowance included in your active membership is used first. Charges beyond that allowance are deducted from your AI balance based on actual usage.
- AI balance is denominated in USD. It cannot be transferred to another account, withdrawn as cash, or exchanged for another currency.
- Your current balance, top-ups, and usage records are available from the Membership page.
Refund policy
- AI balance top-ups are generally final and non-refundable once completed.
- If you are charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or affected by a verified system error, contact us within 30 days so we can review and correct the transaction.
- This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
